First of all, eCommerce programs do not follow standard accounting rules, which means that you cannont confirm that the numbers are accurate. Second, not all of your sales are recorded in the eCommerce program.

ShipCompliant has not created a CRV module. If they were able to do this, there are too many details that need to be considered. QuickBooks can easily identify the different all the different types of sales that you need to accurately report the returns.
